We want you to enjoy your exclusive merchandise, but since everyone working to make sure you do so is human, accidents can happen. If your package traveled from our warehouse(s) to your front door with a defect, you have no later than 7 calendar days from your delivery date to report it to us. Contact us at assistance@ollieandjoeybooks.com with images of your defective item(s) and your proof of purchase.
